There are a bunch of these, but does a great job of collecting (a.k.a. “scraping”) job listings from pretty much everywhere and serving them up as search results. also lets you limit your search to jobs in your area.

So, if you search for “environmental jobs,” you’ll get listings from a dozen or more job sites – and not just the “name brands” like and, which produce as much junk as they do gems.

It pays to pay attention to the sources of job listings. If the job is a good fit for you, that same  source – whether a company or search engine or professional association – might have more in the future. So bookmark those too.
